Recruitment:

At KentSCP we take pride in getting to know our candidates and our clients well, enabling us to place the right candidate in the right position. We do not rely solely on an automated computer matching system!
All KentSCP candidates have been through a rigorous registration procedure, including a competency-based face-to-face interview with an experienced consultant. They will be referenced for a minimum of 3 years, and all original training and qualification certificates verified and updated before expiry. All KentSCP candidates will hold an enhanced CRB less than 12 months old.
