Title Home Manager
Description The Registered Manager is responsible for the management of the home, including the day to day running and the quality of life enjoyed by the young people. To this end the Registered Manager will be required to foster good morale and team spirit amongst the staff team and good relationships with the local community in order to create a warm, homely, caring environment, whilst catering for the individual needs of the young people.

The Registered Manager is responsible for the supervision of both the Residential Support Worker team and the domestic staff employed to work in the home.

This post is non residential but the Registered Manager is expected to work flexible hours to meet the changing needs within the home.

You must have NVQ4 in Care and RMA, and experience in management. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

This position is subject to a full enhanced CRB check and a reference check.
